Prevent Stress Eating in the Workplace

In this workshop, Jessica Juliano, Self-Worth Coach & Speaker will discuss how, when we are stressed at work, healthy eating is the first thing to go. We look to food for comfort and to fill a void but by setting boundaries and committing to the process, the need to “stress eat” will diminish. This will help you have more energy to focus on pursuing your health and wellness goals!
