Community Event Guidelines

Due to the large number of donation and sponsorship requests Rollin’ Oats receives, all request forms must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the event. Not all requests are fulfilled. Donation and sponsorship requests must directly apply to one of the following causes: Health & Wellness, Organic & Natural Living, Environmental Awareness, Children through education, health or charities, and Hunger Relief. Religious, political and individual donations and sponsorships are not eligible for consideration.

Once you have submitted your request form, you may be contacted for additional information, brochures, and flyers related to the event. You will be contacted if your request has been approved. If selected, we will require your 501c3 non-profit letter from the IRS. Please do not call for donation requests. For additional information, please use the Contact Us page on our website.
