Quick & Easy Asian Tofu Casserole
1 lb. Rollin’ Oats Rainbow Quinoa Salad
1 lb. Rollin’ Oats Vegan Broccoli Salad
1 lb. Rollin’ Oats Blackened Tofu, chunked
¼ cup Rollin’ Oats Spring Roll Sauce
2 Tbsp. Gomasio (Korean sesame seed/nori seasoning)
Mix the first two ingredients together and spread half of the mixture over the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Toss the tofu chunks with the Spring Roll Sauce and arrange evenly over the salad mixture in the casserole dish. Gently spread the remaining salad mixture over the tofu, top with the Gomasio, and bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes or until warmed throughout.
