Italian Meatballs & Veggie Pasta Bake
1½ lbs. Rollin’ Oats Veggie Pasta Salad
1 lb. Rollin’ Oats Italian Meatballs in Sauce, halved
½ lb. Ricotta Cheese
1 lb. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½ lb. Grated Parmesan
Mix the first two ingredients together and spread half of the mixture over the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Drop dollops of the ricotta cheese evenly over the salad mixture in the casserole dish, gently spread the dollops, and top evenly with half of the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Gently spread the remaining salad mixture over the cheese layer, top with the remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes or until warmed throughout.
