Kombucha Salad Dressing (by Victoria Myers)
- 1/2 cup Rollin’ Oats Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup kombucha (flavor of your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger or 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar and shake to mix together. Pour over your favorite salad ingredients and enjoy!
