- 2/3 cup Gluten Free instant oats
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tblsp Dijon Mustard
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In an 8×8 pan, combine oats and seasonings.
- Brush each chicken breast with mustard and dredge in oats mixture until evenly coated.
- Place on baking sheet and bake about 30 minutes, until cooked through.
