Vegan Chocolate Ganache

(Dairy-Free, Vegan)


  • 1 lb dark chocolate
  • 3 cups soy milk
  • 1 cup food grade coconut oil


  1. Using a double broiler method (This is when you have a sauce pan on the stove top with hot, nearly boiling water, and a large metal bowl with your ingredients in it, using the steam from the water as your heating element).
  2. Add your ingredients to the metal bowl.
  3. Set the bowl on top of the sauce pot. When you notice the chocolate starting to melt, use a whisk to mix all your ingredients until you have a smooth consistency.
