Vegan Chocolate Ganache
- 1 lb dark chocolate
- 3 cups soy milk
- 1 cup food grade coconut oil
- Using a double broiler method (This is when you have a sauce pan on the stove top with hot, nearly boiling water, and a large metal bowl with your ingredients in it, using the steam from the water as your heating element).
- Add your ingredients to the metal bowl.
- Set the bowl on top of the sauce pot. When you notice the chocolate starting to melt, use a whisk to mix all your ingredients until you have a smooth consistency.
