Curry Kale Chips

(Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan)


  • 1 bunch Organic Kale
  • Grapeseed Oil Spray
  • 1-2 tsp Organic Curry Powder


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Lightly spray 2 baking sheets with grapeseed oil spray
  3. Tear washed and dried kale into “chip-size” pieces
  4. Place kale onto prepared baking sheets and lightly mist with grapeseed oil spray
  5. Sprinkle kale with curry powder and gently toss until evenly coated
  6. Place baking sheets in the oven and roast kale about 10 minutes
  7. Kale Chips are done when the edges are crispy
  8. Store in an air-tight container
